Nuts & Bolts of renting
- Flexible lease terms from 6 months to 18 months
- $25 application fee pays for credit/criminal background check. Completed in 90 minutes
- Deposits from $500 to $1000 OAC
- The View 222 must be toured in person to fully appreciate. We welcome your visit either by appointment or walk in. The manager is available 7 days per week for viewings and rental information. Please feel free to call ahead or just stop by.
- Metered utility billing for hot & cold water: pay only for what you use.
- Trash & recycling included in rent amount
- Comcast Cable TV and High Speed Internet available in each apartment

Below you will find each of our units listed with their corresponding monthly rent. To view the floor plans & images for a unit, click on the unit type. The prices listed are approximate and may change moderately based on availability, view and time of year. The best way to lock in a price is to stop by or phone the manager. Our goal is to rent you the apartment of your choice at a rent level your comfortable with.

Pet Information
Floors 3 and 5 are the designated “Pet Friendly” levels and we welcome your pet on these two floors. Cats & non-aggressive breed dogs up to 30 pounds are allowed. (2 pet maximum) Pet rent is $35.00 per month. Pet deposits are $400 with ½ of this amount refundable. Pets are not permitted in the gardens. We must meet your pet prior to move-in and your application for tenancy may be denied based on pet breed, aggressive behavior or size/strength of pet. You will be required to sign a Pet Agreement regarding your responsibilities to View 222 residents, the building and the neighbors.
